We are seeking a candidate with superlative communication and customer service skills, along with technical expertise as defined below:


  • Swing shift (Mon – Fri 3pm – 12am) IT Support
  • Perform remote server and workstation maintenance on client systems
  • Provide first level support to client requests
  • Maintain accurate incident report details and client documentation inestablished ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical support calls
  • Repair, maintain, upgrade and document desktop, laptop and server hardware,software and peripheral equipment
  • Provide software support for an array of desktop and enterprise applications
  • Other miscellaneous IT tasks


  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience using ticketing, monitoring & remote support tools (preferred)
  • Experience with Thin Client technologies
  • Motivated, inquisitive, self starter with a desire to learn and succeed
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003/2008
  • Basic Microsoft Windows network administration skills preferred
  • Experience with Windows Office Suites
  • Current MCP certification or equivalent work experience


  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and according to schedule
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate project status andkey issues effectively to clients and management
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Determine work priorities for yourself and others in accordance with projectplans, timelines, fluid work demands, and implementation policies and practices
  • High level of customer focus and satisfaction
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to learn/grow in position
  • Ability to think logically
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Superb problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform work in accord with established company policies,procedures & priorities
